Welcome to Soul Canvas
By accessing or purchasing from Soul Canvas, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Products
All Soul Canvas products are made-to-order and crafted especially after your order is placed. Minor variations in print placement or color may occur due to the printing process and screen display differences.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders
Once an order is placed, it enters our production process. Therefore, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started.
4. Payments
We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected locations.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered based on the courier partner’s service timelines. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns & Replacements
Since every product is made specifically for you, returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Refusal to accept a COD order
We provide free replacement only if:
- The product is damaged
- The wrong product is delivered
- There is a manufacturing defect
Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, logos, graphics, product images and website content are the exclusive property of Soul Canvas and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Soul Canvas shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions or other events beyond our control.
9. Privacy
Customer information is collected only for processing orders and improving our services. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except where necessary for order fulfillment and payment processing.
