Refund policy

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY — SOUL CANVAS

We want you to love your Soul Canvas order. 
Here's our simple policy:

EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for:
- Wrong size received
- Damaged or defective product
- Wrong product delivered

To request an exchange, email us at:
soulcanvas.help@gmail.com with your order 
number and a photo of the issue.

NO RETURNS
We do not accept returns for 
change of mind or incorrect size ordered.
Please check our size guide before ordering.

REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued if:
- Product arrives damaged
- Wrong item is delivered
- Item not delivered within 30 days

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days 
to your original payment method.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of 
placement. After 24 hours, printing begins and 
cancellation is not possible.
