Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• During sales or festive periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery

• Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
• Other Locations: 5–8 business days
• Remote areas may require additional time depending on the courier service.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping across India.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS/WhatsApp (where available).

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts based on their service policy. Please ensure your contact number is reachable to avoid delays.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Soul Canvas is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Refused or Unaccepted COD Orders

If a COD order is refused or remains undelivered due to customer unavailability, Soul Canvas reserves the right to restrict Cash on Delivery for future orders placed by the same customer.
